The house has superfast fibre broadband with wifi throughout the house. There is also 4G coverage for most mobile phone providers.
Dogs
Guests are welcome to bring 1 or 2 dogs. There is an outside sink and hose for cleaning wet, muddy dogs. The porch has a gate so dogs can be contained there after a walk or trip to the beach.
Off Street Parking
There is space for 4-5 cars to park, a rare commodity in Falmouth. No stress when you get back from the beach or the shops.
Outside space
There is an enclosed garden, courtyard and large balcony with sea views.
Appliances
A dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, gas hob, two ovens, kettle, toaster and iron. Weber BBQ in the garden.
Digital Technology
Both the sitting room and snug have Smart TVs, and the sitting room has a Sonos speaker - so you can choose your movies and your music.
Bedlinen & Bath Towels
Beautiful White Company bedlinen is provided on all beds, along with bath towels.
Children & Babies
There is a travel cot and high chair available, at the house, along with a stair gate, plus a selection of children’s books, games and jigsaws.
Central Heating
The house has a gas central heating system, with radiators or towel rails in all rooms.
