About the house

Trevarrick House is a large, completely refurbished holiday house in Falmouth, Cornwall. It has wonderful views looking out across Falmouth Harbour to Flushing, St Mawes Castle and St Anthony’s Lighthouse.

The house is large and spacious, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It sleeps 10 people, plus cots in 5 bedrooms (3 doubles with superking beds and 2 twin rooms). The double bedrooms all have ensuite shower rooms, whilst there is family bathroom shared by the two twin bedrooms. (One of the doubles can also be made up as twin room). Upstairs consists of a large open-plan living area containing a stunning sitting room and a kitchen/dining room, leading onto a large balcony (with wonderful 180 degree views across the harbour to Flushing, St Mawes Castle and St Anthony’s Lighthouse). There is a second sitting room / snug is in the basement - perfect for teenagers or anyone wanting to watch a movie or read a book in peace.

There is a large, private courtyard at the back of the house - perfect for a BBQ or drinks, as well as a pretty, secluded, walled garden. The house also has plenty of off-street parking - a huge bonus in Falmouth.

The house is light and airy with high ceilings. It is very well appointed. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of storage and lots of glassware, crockery and cutlery. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided in a laundry cupboard on the ground floor. There is a large porch area by the front door, with plenty of space for storing coats, shoes, wellies, wetsuits, etc. A gate means this is also a useful space for containing wet, muddy dogs.
